Shipping Procedure
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know it’s being processed. Processing typically takes 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you another email containing tracking information. You can then expect your order to arrive within 4–6 working days (Monday to Friday). We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please don’t worry—delays can occasionally occur for a variety of reasons. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing an additional 3 working days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us.
