If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 15 days of receiving them, regardless of the reason. Returns will not be accepted after this period. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ratliff-morris.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Before returning the items, ensure they are in as-new condition with all original tags still attached. Carefully package the items and send them to us via a reliable courier. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 days. No restocking fees will apply.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, simply email us at contact@ratliff-morris.com with the details of the item you’d like instead, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that exchanges are only possible within 15 days of receipt, and items must be unused and in like-new condition.

Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@ratliff-morris.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
